Mission
Established in 2012, we opened the doors to Cheveux with a goal —to cultivate a fun filled salon environment while providing a customized full-service salon experience. We sought to create a welcoming space where we could educate on the importance of healthy hair. A space where every client felt confident and renewed.
As we continue, our steadfast mission is to ensure that our team is equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to be successful.

Getting
Started
Consultations with the team at Cheveux are an opportunity to provide the tools necessary to maintain the health and integrity of your hair. You will be walked through day to day maintenance, as well as proper hair care prior to and after chemical services.
Therein we can start a dialogue, answering your questions and providing solutions. The desired outcome with our consultations is that you walk away feeling confident, carrying peace of mind and the knowledge to keep your hair at its healthiest. Our consultations are free by appointment.

Procedures
Your appointments are very important to the team at Cheveux salon, as they are reserved especially for you! We understand that unexpected scheduling conflicts do occur and sometimes schedule adjustments are needed. Therefore, we require at least 48 hours notice prior.
In situations where a client forgets their appointment or cancels without giving sufficient notice, we miss out on the opportunity to fill that appointment. Additionally, clients on our waiting list miss out on the opportunity to receive services. Please note that failure to adhere to our policy will impact future appointments with the team at Cheveux. Leading to a required deposit to reserve future appointments.
Any reservation missed without 48+ hour prior notice is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the missed service(s). It may also require you to put down a 50% deposit for future services booked. The deposit is only refundable if the reservation is canceled 48+ hours prior to the time of appointment
